Our bright & spacious studio offers a great place for people of all abilities and fitness levels to feel comfortable and welcome. 

We offer a range of classes and provide excellent facilities so you have a place to improve your health and build a Resilient body. 
Studio Classes
Our range of pilates classes provide an intense and challenging workout. 

We'll accommodate a range of needs and goals with exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve balance and posture. 
Our Total Barre classes offer a lively and vigorous workout, whilst our Classical Barre classes focus on mindful movement and stretching.

Designed to strengthen and tone, our sessions will help improve your fitness and change your physique.  
Whether it's a one to one session or a small group class our sessions are designed to give you a refreshing and energising workout, improving strength, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination. 

Classes are adapted to accommodate Pilates principles, beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
We have resistance machines and free weights
to challenge muscular strength and
endurance.

And if that's not enough we offer an intense
range of boxercise, weightlifting and
cardio circuits.  
Due to current government guidelines we are only running our Pilates classes (outdoor) and Reformer Studio classes - you can book a session below - (We are unable to change any bookings and payments are non-refundable).

All Pilates reformer and Mat classes are currently suitable for intermediate or advanced clients only. If you are looking to begin your Pilates journey a one to one Pilates Principles session is required at a cost of £32 per hour. Please contact Claire to discuss.

We have an indoor cycling and British weightlifting trained instructor and with the Cardio machines, Resistance training and free weights area, there's plenty of ways we can help you achieve your fitness goals.* 

Open 06.30 - 21.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 18.00 Saturday and Sunday

We have a team of therapists offering a range of services from one-off appointments to sports injury rehabilitation programs.
Rebecca – Physiotherapy (£40.00 initial, £30.00 follow up treatment)
Alecia – Physiotherapy (£40.00 initial, £35.00 follow up treatment) and Clinical Pilates (£32.00)
Steve - Sports Massage (£30.00 per hour, £20.00 per half an hour)
Tina – Personal Training, members only (£32.00 per hour)
Carole - Chiropody services are available, call for more details
