Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor at Dene House Farm, Cate Wilson, collaborates with Shardai Lynn founder of Flourish Wellbeing to create a truly unique and inspiring workshop in the beautiful setting of Northumberland.

The day will provide a combination of mindfulness, movement and motivation, looking closely at the link between the mind and body. Cate and Shardai have structured the four hours to encompass techniques that will give your overall wellbeing a reboot plus tips to take home so that this new found awareness can be woven into your daily lives!

We use Pilates, talks, and relaxation techniques that all look at mindfulness to create an experience you won’t forget. Our objective is to invoke awareness of simple and manageable methods so you can find peace and solace in a world that is full of everyday stresses and worries.
